3/18/25 RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING INDIVIDUAL BECOMING ILL AFTER CONSUMING A THIN CRUST SAUSAGE, SPINACH, CHEESE AND MARINARA SAUCE PIZZA. SPINACH LOOKED GOOD. CHEESE FOUND AT 41 F, RAW SAUSAGE WAS AT 41 F IN WALK-IN COOLER. MANAGER THREW 15 LBS. OF MARINARA AT 47 F IN A PAN AWAY. I TOLD THEM TO PUT HALF AS MUCH IN THE PAN OVER NIGHT. HAD MANAGER THROW FIFTEEN LBS OF MARINARA SAUCE AWAY. SEE INSPECTION FOR MORE INFORMATION. SL
